Meet Your Presenters

Jay Sandridge

Jay is an aerial expert and the Director of Business Development for VDCI. He has over a decade of experience in the mosquito management industry and has previous career experience in the aerial space.

Jay has helped numerous government agencies incorporate aerial into their integrated mosquito management programs and emergency response plans. He has also been on-site for several emergency response missions to ensure aerial applications are executed safely and efficiently.

Mike McGaha

Mike is the Chief Pilot at VDCI. Before joining VDCI, he served as a pilot in various industries from the US Department of State’s, Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement to becoming the Fixed Wing Standardization Officer in Colombia and Iran for the State Department’s Air Wing.

Mike leads VDCI’s aerial division, ensuring all pilots are appropriately trained and all aircraft are maintained and calibrated to ensure safe and effective applications.
